About the form

In this course you will learn the foundational form of the Taiji Mantis system of Cui Shoushan, Shuai Lu. the form has its origins in the now almost lost Kung Fu system of Shui Kou Men, and was absorbed in Mantis in the early 20th century by Song Zide.

About the Instructor

Hi, I'm Will, host of the YouTube channel Monkey Steals Peach. I have practiced Mantis Kung Fu since 2009, under several of the best teachers in the arts home of Shandong province in China. I am an indoor disciple of Zhou Zhendong, from whom I inherited the full system of Cui Shoushan's Taiji Mantis, and am currently furthering my study under Wang Xiuyuan. I have also sought out teachers in Taiwan, Shanghai and the West to advance my understanding. In this series of tutorials, I present the system, with much of the content being the first time to be presented to a western audience.
